JobDescription职责描述:1.Baseonthepreciseunderstandingoftherentalmarketinthedistrictconcerned,makearrangementfortheappropriatelineofproduct,model,configurationandquantity.根据对当地市场的切实了解，确定合适的租赁机队的产品种类、型号、配置和数量。2.Accordingtomarketrequirement,settheappropriateTimeandFinancialUtilizationandotherrelevantKPIs.根据当地市场需求，设定合理的时间利用率和财务利用率以及其他相关主要考核指标。3.ToprovidetrainingandsupporttoRentalSalesRepstomakesureachievingtheRentalSalesTargetasbudgetedandothersetKPIs.提供租赁业务员培训和支持，以确保达到预定的租赁销售目标和其他相关主要考核指标。4.TocoordinatewithTSD/CSDtomakesureallRentalMachinesareintiptopconditionwithpromptavailability.协助维修部/产品支持部，保证所有租赁机器的完好率和出勤率。5.TomanageandmonitoralloperatorsandmakesuretheycarryoutthedailyinspectionandmaintenanceoftheRentalMachines.管理租赁店的操作人员，并督促操作人员作好每天的机器检查和保养。6.Responsibletoinspect,cleanandrepairallreturnmachinesaftertherentalperiod.确保租期结束后返回的设备进行检查、清洗和维修。7.Responsibleforallrentalpaymentcollectionandprovidesolutiontocustomersdispute.负责租金的回收工作，并解决和客户之间的纠纷。8.Tocompileandsubmitallweeklyandmonthlyreports.完成每周及每月的各类报告的提交。9.TocooperatewithCatRepsformarketinformationandrentalbusinessmatter.与卡特代表合作完成市场信息和租赁业务方面的工作。10.Understandcustomers’needsandproviderentalservicessolutiontothem.了解客户需求并为其提供租赁服务解决方案。11 Tomonitorandcontroloperatingexpensestobewithinbudget.督促并控制运营费用在预算规定的范围内。12.TomaintainandupkeeptheRentalstoreinthemostprofessionalconditiontoreceivecustomers. 维护并保持租赁店以最专业化的模式接待客户。 Qualification应聘条件:1.Collegedegreeorabovein MechanicalEngineering.大专以上学历,工程机械相关专业。2.Atleast3yearsexperienceinsalesofrelatedproduct.3年以上工程机械销售经验。3.Englishliterateispreferredtounderstandtechnicaldataes.英文读写说流利.4.Preferablywithmanagingteamindependentlyexperience.有独立管理团队工作经验.
